This project involves the construction of a 4-lane road with an SMV (Slow Moving Vehicle) lane over a 4.50 km stretch of the Feni-Noakhali National Highway (N-104) between Ch. 35+791 to 40+291. The project aims to improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and reduce congestion on this busy national highway, benefiting both local and regional transportation.
