Hossain Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. is undertaking the construction of a 4-storied standard factory building with an 8-storied foundation at Adamjee Export Processing Zone (EPZ). The project aims to support industrial expansion by providing modern infrastructure for manufacturing and production facilities. The scope of work includes civil construction, structural reinforcement for future vertical expansion, sanitary and plumbing installations, internal and external electrification, and other essential utilities to ensure a fully functional industrial facility.

This project involves the construction of a specialized Trauma Center and Burn Unit designed to provide advanced emergency medical care. The facility will offer state-of-the-art treatment for trauma patients and burn victims, equipped with modern medical technologies and staffed by trained professionals to deliver critical care in a timely and efficient manner.

This project involves the construction of a 14-story building with a 14-story foundation to accommodate 104 married officers in the Monenshahi Cantonment. The building includes 8 units on each floor, along with necessary ancillary works on the ground floor, designed to provide modern living facilities for the officers and their families within the cantonment area.

Hossain Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. is executing the construction of a 15-storied residential building for 112 Other Ranks (OR’s) at Sheikh Hasina Cantonment, Barishal. The building features 8 flats per floor, with additional facilities on the ground floor to enhance living standards. The project scope includes civil construction, sanitary and plumbing installations, internal and external electrification, firefighting systems, and other ancillary works to ensure a well-equipped and sustainable residential facility.
