Engr. Md. Rafiqul Islam Khan is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable civil Engineer, having spent over 34 years in civil construction service. Engr. Md. Rafiqul Islam Khan, the Chief Operating Officer at Hossain Construction (Pvt) Ltd, graduated from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET). He holds many civil engineering certifications, in a past he was Superintendent Engineer in Military Engineering Service (MES). After retirement from Government Service he starts with Hossain Construction (Pvt) as a 34-years of experienced civil engineer. Now, he oversees all company staff, office administration, accounting, HR and also civil engineering department. Md. Rafiqul Islam Khan resides in Bashundhara Residential Area with his wife, Dina ManamKhan, and their two children. He deals with everything from initial client meetings and estimating, to scheduling, production, and warranty work.
